International Property Awards has selected the Gallery House on Sullivan’s Island as the winner of the prestigious Americas Property Award. Home Designs that are selected to receive this award celebrate the highest levels of achievement and the best architecture for single-family residences. A select few designs are able to claim this world-renowned mark of excellence–only 33 other homes across the entire United States received this award.
We are delighted to receive the 2018 Best Architecture Single Residence in South Carolina Award. For a project with such an improbable beginning, to have created a design so beloved by the homeowners and to be recognized internationally with this design achievement award is an honor.

Entries are judged by a highly-experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Award categories include Architecture, Interior Design, Development, Real Estate, and Hospitality. Established in 1994, the International Property Awards recognize companies in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
