Swallowtail Architecture has been named America’s Property Award winner for Best Architecture for Single Residence in South Carolina by the International Property Awards group. The announcement was made in mid-January during an online Red Carpet presentation with much fanfare for this prestigious awards. The Americas Property Awards are the largest and most widely recognized awards program throughout the world. The Awards are in their 28th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. The Beacon House project on Sullivan’s Island was selected for this honor.
What an honor to be recognized for the Beacon House project. This is the fourth time one of our projects has been recognized by the International Property Award group and we are so appreciative of their recognition of our work in the Coastal Carolina communities. We are humbled to received this 2021-2022 award winner for Architecture for Single Residence in South Carolina.

The International Property Awards entries are judged by a highly-experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. This independent panel of judges represents over 80 industry experts focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. Award categories include Architecture, Interior Design, Development, and Real Estate. Established in 1994, the International Property Awards recognize companies in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament
