The Home Builders Association of South Carolina recently awarded Alair Homes Charleston the prestigious Pinnacle Awards for their work on the Sullivan’s Island Renovation. Designed by Architect Rachel Burton of Swallowtail Architecture, this project was another of a long list of collaborations between Alair Homes and Swallowtail.
The award is given generally in the summer of each year at their annual conference. The home building industry professionals of The Home Builders Association of South Carolina’s presented the Pinnacle Award to Alair Homes during their 16th annual Celebration of Excellence awards ceremony. The Pinnacle Award recognizes the craftsmanship, innovative problem solving, and customer satisfaction of the best home builders and remodelers in the Palmetto State. Awards were given in four categories – new home construction, remodel projects, energy efficiency and subdivision/community. Entry into the competition is a privilege of membership of the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. While members compete with each other, it ss a means of challenging their them to greater levels of achievement.
