International Property Awards has selected Swallowtail Architecture to again win their Americas Property Award for Architecture Single Residence. This year, the Daniel Island project, Lowcountry New Orleans Style, also known as the New Orleans Reimagined home, was selected for this honor. Across this international competition, only a select few designs are able to claim this renowned mark of excellence–only 12 other projects across the entire United States received this award.
It is an honor to be named a 2019 award winner for Architecture for Single Residence in South Carolina. Blending architecture styles to create a custom home perfect for entertaining and family activities was a rewarding challenge and we couldn’t be happier for the family who gets to call this unique home, theirs.
Rachel Burton, Swallowtail Principal Architect and Owner
We also want to recognize the work of Buffington Homes here in the Low Country of South Carolina for their commitment to craftsmanship and workmanship in building this beautiful home.
