Swallowtail Architecture is starting to use 3D drawings as a design tool so we can really see what the home will look like, and so can the Owners!
Our home owners wanted a beautiful classic lowcountry home, with a symmetrical front elevation and dormers in the roof for the bedroom. And because the home is on the water, they wanted the house to open up at the back so almost every room had a view of the water.
3D architectural renderings help you to see the house at every angle. Standard 2D, flat drawings can be difficult to understand, which is why we are adding 3D to our practice. More to come.
