2017 PRISM Award for historic renovation of the Doar House
The Charleston Home Builders Association recently awarded Alair Homes-Charleston the PRISM Award for their work on The Doar House Renovation. They were awarded in one of the Best Remodeled Home categories. Architect Rachel Burton of Swallowtail Architecture designed the renovation of this 1886 home in Summerville, SC.
Alair Homes-Charleston received the award at CHBA’s Annual Gala held in November (Post and Courier reported). The award was created in 1988 by the Charleston Home Builders Association’s Sales & Marketing Council to recognize excellence in the field of sales, marketing, construction, and the promotion of new homes.
