Daniel Island Park Dream Home

Golf Course Views, Wine Room, and Double Master Suite

This custom designed home located in the Daniel Island Park neighborhood was showcased on the 2018 Daniel Island Luxury Home Tour.  This home is filled with detail and craftsmanship alongside premium material choices to suit the lifestyle of our clients.  A wine tasting room with a one-of-a-kind, restaurant-sized, walk-in, temperature controlled wine cooler, as well as custom cabinets, antiqued mirrored tile, and stone work is located just off the  open concept entertaining area.  The white, gourmet kitchen includes a 10 foot long center island with light gray cabinets and seating for five.  A built-in coffee station, wine station, and wine refrigerator create a convenient serving area for all of our client’s entertaining needs.  Sit down to dinner with golf course views, the dining area seats eight, and the adjacent screened porch is the perfect location for an after dinner drink (poolside).

Award Winning Architectural Design

The woodwork in this home is extensive.  We’ve created an elegant, but not stuffy home.  The kitchen wing has a peaked ceiling with European style arched trusses.  The formal living area has a tall, coffered ceiling.  Reclaimed wood is used on the living area wall, which softens the formality of the room while minimizing the appearance of the over the fireplace mounted TV.  Stained and painted custom cabinets were used in the kitchen and baths and for built in bookcases. The freestanding tub in the master bath has a custom built wood lip that is both functional and with its natural wood tone, is a balance to the polished and honed marble.  White shiplap clad walls and dark stained, wide plank oak floors complete the look of this elegant transitional style, coastal home.

The bright greens of the landscaping and blues of the infinity edge pool pop against the subtle white and gray palette of the interior.  Complete with an outdoor kitchen, the elevated pool and pool deck are grounded with a beautiful brick surround.  Located on the pool deck, a fire (and ice) fire pit is its own piece of art night and day. The screened porch, pool deck, and covered area were all wired up with the whole house, custom audio and video entertainment system, which makes the transition from inside to out seamless.
