The Riverview Villas on Kiawah Island consist of four two-story buildings, each containing six units with spectacular views toward the river or marsh. The villas are at the heart of the development, situated within a magnificently landscaped green space and sited to form an internal courtyard featuring a meandering path punctuated by nodes. Parking is discreetly located at the ground level of each villa.

Each floor contains one two-bedroom unit and two three-bedroom units that have been designed to maximize the experience of the outdoors. Two spectacular stair towers facing the courtyard lead to rooftop viewing decks and provide access to the covered porches from which the units are entered, offering views to the courtyard and the river or marsh beyond. Each unit includes a kitchen, dining room and living room in an open plan design with access to a private porch that extends the uninterrupted vista through the space and connects it both visually and physically to the outside. The covered porches on the upper end units additionally contain private staircases that lead to their own roof decks. All units are generously sized and feature articulated entries, ensuite bathrooms and lots of storage space.

The exterior of the villas has been designed to express Lowcountry living incorporating details such as metal roofs, dormer windows with shed roofs, shutters, rafter tails, and board and batten siding.
