Commercial Architect for Restaurant Expansion

Located in Park Circle, one of North Charleston’s trendiest spots, the popular EVO Pizzeria was looking to expand. They wanted to add a new European-style craft bakery and to locate the new facility and retail store on the same site as their current restaurant. Swallowtail was engaged to design the new bakery building and outdoor eating area.  Swallowtail’s commercial architect design experience and ability to listen to the clients and meet their specific needs for their new venture made them the perfect choice.

Display cabinets showcase mouthwatering treats and delicious smells great customers from the open commercial bakery as they enter into the space.   Employees work efficiently in the well laid out commercial kitchen and retail space.  The craft bakery has its own menu and offers a small retail area where the public can buy fresh European breads and pastries, as well as light meals to take home or enjoy on the outside patio. (The bakery also supplies the restaurant with all of its fresh-baked goods daily.) Next time you’re in the area stop by the new bakery for a sweet treat and a beer or cup of fresh ground coffee.
